GALLERY: New Show Announced, Annka Kultys Gallery, London
I am very fortunate to announce a show with Annka Kultys Gallery, London opening 10th July – 10th August 2020. I’m really excited to be working alongside Annka at the gallery as AKG is one of the most exciting new media galleries in the UK and Annka’s commitment to exploring and supporting artists that create artworks with strong socio-political narratives is very close to the centre of my practice and I can’t think of a better context to exhibit and present works.
The show will have a presence online as part of Annka Kultys conceptual platform [The art happens here] .
[The art happens here] is online platform dedicated to the showcasing of digital art in its natural habitat, so to speak . The creation of [The art happens here] provides a natural extension to the gallery’s offline programme which has as one of its strengths the presentation of “digital natives” or artists making art that engages with technology and the internet.
I’ll be showing some unreleased synthesised moving image works and will be announcing further details soon.
You can see previous exhibitions by GERTRŪDA GILYTĖ and BEN ELLIOT on the platform here.
